Welcome to La Foudre. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the La Foudre mobile application and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About La Foudre
La Foudre is a platform that connects clients with professional electricians. We facilitate bookings, job management, and communication but do not directly perform electrical work unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use La Foudre. Electricians must provide accurate professional credentials and comply with applicable licensing and safety regulations in their service area.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
4. Bookings and Services
Clients may browse services, view pricing, and request bookings through the app. Electricians may accept or decline jobs within their defined service areas.
La Foudre is not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of work performed by independent electricians, except as required by applicable law.
5. Payments and Fees
Pricing for services is displayed in the app before confirmation. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and any applicable fees will be shown at the time of booking. Electricians are responsible for any taxes or obligations related to their earnings.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with the security or operation of the app
- Harass, mislead, or harm other users
- Circumvent platform fees or booking processes
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials related to La Foudre are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Foudre shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of La Foudre after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
